The challenge
What does a great website redesign actually do? It gets out of the way and lets the mission shine. ✨
That was the goal with the Adult Educator Resources site for COABE — the Coalition on Adult Basic Education. This platform serves adult educators nationwide, giving them free access to lesson plans, teaching videos, apps, and professional development materials across subjects like math, reading, ESL, career pathways, digital literacy, and more.
The solution
The redesign was all about improving the experience for the educators who rely on it every day, cleaner navigation, better browsing by subject and program level, and a more intuitive layout that reflects the quality of COABE’s work.
